Looks like I’m meant to CORRECT HISTORY again.

My article on how the sale of Manhattan by the Canarsie Indian Tribe was for WAY MORE than the $24 dollars that historians have used for centuries.

It was at least twenty times more valuable. History books are all wrong when they say the sale was for $24 dollars, since there was an exact currency value given in a letter used by historians from 1626 that stated the trade value was around 60 Guilders. When the first historians started to convert that into a US Dollar figure, the Dutch Guilder was renamed a Dutch Gulden and was silver, so the first value was a little over 20 ounces of silver which was worth the $24 dollar value.

The real value given in 1626 was for a little over 20 ounces of GOLD not silver and Gold has traditionally traded for around twenty times the value of silver, so the deal was for between $400 and $500 dollars worth of trade items, a significant amount of money in that time and twenty times more than history books have recorded the trade as for almost 200 years now.

I have the PROOF at
